All orders are generally dispatched within 48 working hours. Please note that shipments from our warehouse take place from Monday to Friday. The delivery times given below are the usual delivery times from the moment your order is handed over to the carrier you have chosen. You must therefore add the 48-hour shipping time announced above.

DPD DELIVERY

Express home delivery 24H-48h with DPD Predict in metropolitan France
You will receive a text message when your order is dispatched, offering you different 3-hour delivery slots. You can then reply to the SMS to indicate your choice before 11pm. If no time slot suits you, you can go directly to www.dpd.fr for other delivery options (collection from a DPD branch, change of address, handing over to a neighbor, etc.) Remember to enter a valid cell phone number in the field provided!

DPD pick-up point 1-5 working days
When you place your order, you choose the relay point to which you would like to be delivered. You will receive an e-mail and/or SMS informing you of the availability of the parcel. All you need to do to collect the parcel is show proof of identity to the shopkeeper. You have 10 working days to collect your parcel. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us. Eligible countries: Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Romania.

International home delivery
For parcels outside mainland France, you can have them delivered to your home by DPD International. For Europe, 3-5 working days are required. List of eligible countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria; Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Andorra, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania, Bosnia, Serbia and Ukraine.

FREE DELIVERY

Postage for delivery to a relay point is free under the following conditions:

For mainland France: Free delivery for orders of €70 or more.

For Germany and Belgium: Free delivery on orders of €90 or more.

If the order amount is below these thresholds, shipping costs will be applied. These charges vary according to the country of delivery and the weight of the order. They will be automatically calculated during checkout.
